About TTA

The Trinidad Trails Alliance was founded on 2022 as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Trinidad, Colorado. We are an all-volunteer organization that engages a corps of local volunteers and partners in the building, maintenance and stewardship of multi-use trail within Trinidad and our surrounding public lands.

We work alongside partner organizations in mission critical endeavors such as:

  • Trail maintenance

  • Plant and animal observations (state of our wild lands)

  • Illegal camping deterrence

  • Encouraging outdoor recreation and tourism

  • Demonstrating a presence, respect, and appreciation for public open space

For more information, sign up for our mailing list or attend one of our Second Saturday trail work events, held on the second Saturday of every month (weather permitting).
